RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS MADE BEFORE SHIP TIME OR DATE OF ORDER FULFILLMENT
When purchasing a ps3® from you you understand that I nor any of the sites I advertise on are owners of the ps3® playstation 3™ or sony®
you (the buyer) also realize that by buying this product the official Sony® warranty is void. therefor can no longer be returned to any official dealers.
when buying the ps3 the buyer recognizes that the CONSOLE is in working order. and will not request a refund unless the console is not operational and will not turn on.
in this case the buyer will send the console back it will be tested and if the console is no longer working then the refund will be administered.
*the buyer has 24 hours from the time of delivery to contact me with the notice the console is not working, anything over 24 will be the buyers liability. so forth I hold no responsibility for the item being broken.
